Evidence

Built, not imagined.

What we built, what changed, how we know, and what we are still learning — published only when each part can be substantiated.

Categories

Every entry in this library falls into one of four categories:

Product evidence

What the product does — the shipped mechanism, demonstrated not described.

Customer evidence

What customers say — real people, permissioned, accurate attribution.

Outcome evidence

What changed — behaviour or outcome that moved, stated without spin.

Learning evidence

What we learned — where we were wrong, what the evidence made us change.

The entry format

Each entry runs the same chain, in this order, with nothing skipped in the middle:

  1. Before
  2. Intervention
  3. Result
  4. Evidence

Before — what was not working?

The actual starting state, including the parts that are unflattering.

Intervention — what did we ship?

The specific mechanism delivered in response — the thing a reader could go and find.

Result — what became better?

The improvement, stated plainly. This is where a number belongs, if a number survives the last box.

Evidence — what proves it?

The case study, the metric with its method, the independent validation — whatever would convince someone who does not trust us.

Where things stand

Two products are real enough to show today — LurnIt and RVops — and they are laid out in the built section of the homepage. The evidence library itself is being written to the standard above, one entry at a time. ReLurn Intelligence is not here at all, because it is not built.
