Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ReLurn website and ReLurnproducts, including LurnIt (math.relurn.com) and RVops (rvops.relurn.com). By accessing a ReLurn product you agree to these terms. If a product presents additional terms at sign-up, those terms also apply to that product.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts belonging to students should be set up with a parent or school's knowledge where the student is a minor.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law. Refund requests are handled case by case through support.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• misuse the service or attempt unauthorised access;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any ReLurn system except through a published, authorised security process;
• use automated means to extract content or data at scale outside the interfaces we provide for that purpose;
• reuse, resell or redistribute content outside the licence granted to you;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or use the service to harass or harm others.

Your content

Student work, answers and anything you submit remain yours. You grantReLurn only the licence needed to operate the service — storing, processing and displaying your content back to you and to authorised accounts (such as a parent or teacher view). ReLurn content (curriculum mapping, questions, hints, explanations, software) is protected by intellectual property law and is licensed to you for use within the product, not for extraction or republication.

Service changes

We improve and change products continuously. We may add, modify or discontinue features; where we materially reduce paid functionality during a paid period, we will give notice and work with affected customers on the remainder of that period.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ReLurn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paidReLurn in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. LurnIt supports learning; it does not guarantee grades or exam outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless consumer protection laws where you live require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and contact us about your account.
