This policy covers the ReLurn website (www.relurn.com) and ReLurnproducts, including LurnIt (math.relurn.com) and RVops (rvops.relurn.com). Where a product has a more specific policy, that policy applies to that product.

  • To operate, secure and improve the products.
  • To personalise learning — for LurnIt this means choosing what to show next based on what the student has demonstrated.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use student answer data for advertising, and we do not feed personally identifiable content into advertising platforms.

Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to run ReLurn(hosting, analytics, payments, email), under their own data protection terms, and where required by law. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time (below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period.

LurnIt is used by school-age students, often with a parent's or school's involvement. Where consent is required for a student under the applicable age, it must be given by a parent or guardian.
