ReLURN is built for Singapore and designed to comply with PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines. We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure appropriate data residency and protection for student information, including performance metrics, mastery profiles, diagnostic results, and usage analytics. Our systems utilize PostgreSQL for relational data and Neo4j for skill graph data with security measures aligned with Singapore's data protection requirements.
02The Mastery Profile & Data Usage
We collect data on student answers, response times, and conceptual gaps to build a "Mastery Profile". This data is used exclusively to personalize the learning path, generate Success Alerts for parents, and improve our AI tutor's effectiveness. We do not sell this data to third parties.
03Parent & Student Linking
Our "Magic Invite Link" system is designed to securely link families without requiring students to share passwords. Parents have full visibility into their child's progress dashboard, but cannot view individual chat logs with the AI Tutor unless shared by the student.
